LinkedIn will shorten and reorganize its Privacy Policy to make it even clearer and easier for LinkedIn members to understand. The updated Privacy Policy provides information on new LinkedIn features, and choices over how information is used.<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"popup_BIG_DATA\" data-toggle=\"modal\" data-target=\"#popup_BIG_DATA_modal\" href=\"#\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/images\/button_banner-Big_Data_Report.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h2>From LinkedIn, here is a quick rundown of the more exciting and important updates:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><b>Increased visibility of your LinkedIn Profile<\/b> \u2013 Similar to the way your profile shows up in search engines, we will allow certain third-party services to show your profile to their users, so that you can be more easily found for opportunities and connect with people. You can opt out of this broader distribution of your profile, and you control what you share on your profile.<\/li>\n<li><b>Easier to share accomplishments with your network<\/b> \u2013 To make it easier to update your profile, we\u2019ll look for and suggest positive and public professional accomplishments, like awards or industry recognition, to share with your network.
